My name is Irene Mubiru.

I was first introduced to clean Joan's house by her daughter Liz and I've done so for 13 years on a regular basis, where I've built long time friendships with the family as a whole.

Through respectful communication, I've been able understand Joan's choices and preferences on how to best work in her home environment.  She had an impeccable skill of reading and retained great memory of events from the past to present.

I treated her like my mum in every way and will keep those memories.
